*This refers only to additional co-authors (of the same paper) when one author has already registered as a Conference presenter/Student.

** This refers only to Full Time students that present a dated letter of confirmation from their university.

The Conference fee includes: participation to the conference, admission to all sessions, admission to the inauguration event including the award ceremony, the conference bag and inclusions, publication in the book of proceedings, access to an electronic copy of the book of conference proceedings, lunches, coffees/refreshments, the conference gala dinner including a cultural show and all the other complimentary benefits as announced in the conference website.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of registration received before 6th August 2023 will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 190. After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.
